Hi, I’m courtney.
I work with people during moments when something fundamental is changing — even if it’s hard to name exactly what that is.
Often, the life you’ve built looks fine from the outside. It may even be successful by every conventional measure.
And yet, something inside you knows: this isn’t the story I’m meant to keep living.
My Work
My work centers on identity transitions — the in-between spaces where old roles, paths, or definitions of success no longer fit, and the next chapter hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.
I don’t work from formulas, programs, or one-size-fits-all frameworks.
Instead, I work relationally, one-on-one, meeting you where you are and walking with you as clarity emerges.
Together, we may explore:
patterns that once served you but now limit you
inner conflicts that keep you circling the same decisions
the tension between the life you’ve built and the one that wants to be lived
how to move forward without abandoning yourself
This work is less about “fixing” and more about listening deeply — to what’s ending, and to what’s quietly asking to begin.
How I Work
Our work together is conversational, reflective, and practical.
I don’t position myself as an authority over your life.
I act as a mirror, a guide, and a steady presence — helping you hear yourself more clearly and move forward with integrity rather than force.
There are no funnels, no pressure, and no expectation that you become someone else to make progress.
Just honest conversation, thoughtful inquiry, and space for real change to take root.
Who This Is For (and Who It’s Not)
This work is especially aligned for people who are:
introspective and self-aware
tired of external formulas for fulfillment
standing at a crossroads in identity, career, or direction
ready to question inherited paths and author something truer
It’s likely not a fit if you’re looking for:
motivation without introspection
quick fixes or surface-level change
rigid programs or prescribed outcomes
An Invitation
If something here resonates — even if you can’t fully articulate why — you’re welcome to reach out.
We’ll start with a simple conversation to explore where you are and whether working together feels aligned.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You only need to be honest about what no longer fits.
